Clear Evidence for the Obligation of the Khilafah

Brother Abu Ismael has a post showing the obligation of Muslims to work for the khilafah from Islamic scholarly sources. I advice all the brothers and sisters who still have doubts on it being a fard upon us to read his post inshallah.

i don't think there is a doubt in any muslims mind that khelafa is the way that allah want muslims to rule by..there's no doubt that the way that the prophet(Pbuh)set the greatest society ever by this way..but i realy want to ask how this will happen today..i wish it happens but i don't see how!
please enlighten me..

Assalamu alaikum
The prophet (pbuh) showed us his sunnah and ordered us to follow it. This sunnah is not only how to pray and how to fast, he (pbuh) establish the state and showed us how he did it.
I have written two topics about it which should make things clear inshallah. If you still have doubts or questions, then please ask, I'll be more than happy to answer inshallah.

as i told you before i don't have any doubt and i know that it is in the sunnah..so i wasn't requesting proof..what i wanted to know is your openion on how this will be today within our lost political state..does it require revoloution or patience and planning..
as for me i am willing to obay the khalifah's ruling any time i will have one..

ah!!and another thing would you tell me a little more about alnabahani..

I didn't provide any proofs in my last response. I provided two methods which follow the prophet's sunnah in the link.

These are the two articles which briefly go through the method al Nabhani deduced from the seerah of the nabi (pbuh).

As for Taqi al-Deen al Nabhani here is an article on his life and work which I found on Wikipedia

Hudhaifah (raa) has said that the Prophet (saws) said "The Prophethood will remain among you for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will lift it when He wishes to, then it will be a Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided) on the method of the Prophethood, it will remain for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will lift it if He wishes, then it will be a hereditary leadership which will remain for as long as Allah wills, then He will lift it if he wishes, then it will be a tyrannical rule, and it will remain so for as long as Allah wills, then He will lift it if He wishes, then it will be a Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood, then he kept silent."
